Everybody wants the benefits of intimacy. Unfortunately too many people wind down with alienation and mediocrity. Why?

To get to "pleasure" you have to go through whatever is in the way. Physical blockages that are in your body and/or subconsciously fixated distortions that are in your psyche will that surface when you reach for satisfaction. Feeling threatened, while not understanding how to deal with the "other," we push them away to a supposedly non challenging distance.

Sex is an act! You could be half dead, drugged, hypnotized, or even sedated into unconsciousness; even so, you could be physically commandeered to participate in sex. Making love is a highly refined conscious art! The more conscious you are, the more potentially exquisite it can become.

The combining of sexual pleasure and high spiritual consciousness constitutes the Erotic Art. Appropriately applied, the Erotic Art can expand your pleasure to the heights of ecstasy; it can also increase your vitality, expand your mental energy, increase your longevity, and facilitate transcendent experiences of personal growth.
